Judy Boone was the local person we were to have contacted but did not make the connection.

Notes:

More bottled water would be good.  

Will need more Sunfish for 2005 because the LSO contingent is growing.

Prearrange the boat assignments and have them on a chalk board so all the sailors can see them.

Used 2 cases of soda, 3 bottles of wine, 4 cases of beer, 2 large sandwich rings from Sam's.  Several people brought desert dishes to share.

More chairs and tables were needed.

There were about 15 people in the LSO contingent.

Should have had press release in New Journal the week before, then again after, with pictures.
