Flyer for 50th Anniversary Event

We at HSA are trying to document our roots and history of the club.  To that end we are searching for the names of all officers that have served through the years.

If you yourself or if you know the name of at least someone that served as Commodore or any other officer please fill in this short form.

We are planning a 50th Anniversary soon and will be inviting all past Commodores and other officers as VIP guests.  The day is intended for all HSA Alumni so mark your calendar for September 15th.
